Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows when she was 16. She won her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her college education. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from where she previously left off taking part in elite contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after her initial show for several years and set higher targets each year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of 2009. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to complete her degree at college. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished at third. In summer 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more than proud of the result. The competition was among the very best. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using the machine as well as bent-over rows. First, she warms up prior to moving into exercises. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
